FAQs

Please check here before booking or inquiring to skip the reply time! We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, but are a very busy operation, so here are some popular questions we often receive:

Rider and horse safety is a top priority, and while we have a variety of horse and saddle sizes, we cannot always accommodate.

  • A: We are a customizable operation, but we must be informed upon booking if there are concerns that may affect an individual’s ability to ride a horse. Once again, we prioritize the safety of our guests, our staff, and our horses. Certain ages, disabilities, health concerns, etc. can be quite dangerous on a horse.

If you have had a recent surgery, have a chronic physical ailment, or are impaired in a manner that would affect your comfort and control of a horse, that is prohibited as it can greatly jeopardize your safety and the safety of our staff and horses.

We will do our best to accommodate specific circumstances, but we need to be aware of anything that may affect your ability to complete your ride in any capacity. We reserve the right to deny a rider the full-length or entirety of a ride who has not disclosed limitations.

We know horseback riding is not for everyone, but unfortunately, if you have a last-minute choice not to ride, we will still require payment in full.
